Dorothy Lee Reed, 60, of Alexander, Arkansas was born to the late, William "Dub" and Gayle (Kuykendall) Reed, on Thursday, July 18th, 1963, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She left this world too soon on Thursday, February 8th, 2024, surrounded by love. Dorothy worked for NAPA for 32 years, Bumper to Bumper, then Bauxite Post Office. She was looking forward to retiring. She was into hunting and fishing, and she was a member of Diamond State Rodeo Association. She loved working the DSRA rodeos in the chutes. She was always helping anyone who needed it and never met a stranger. She was also a big Kansas City Chiefs fan, and was smiling and hollering down at us when they won the 2024 Super Bowl!

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dub and Gayle Reed; sister, Donna Jones; brother, Stephen Reed; and a host of other family members.

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Cory Griffin; kid/niece, Alexia Baker (Deric); nieces, Erin Jones, Heather Reed, Deanna Arrowood, and Rosa Trice; nephew, Michael Trice; grandnieces and nephews, Brookelyn DeVault, Brian Trice, Lily Reed, and Devon Owens; great niece/granddaughter, Amara Baker; brother, Dewayne Reed (Karen); along with numerous of other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life visitation will be held for Dorothy on Monday, February 19th, 2024, from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
