Douglas Boyd Lane, 71 of Bryant, Arkansas passed away December 24, 2017. He was born to the late Luther and Willyne Layne on November 16, 1946 in Lunsford, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sherri Lane; three brothers, Don Layne, Bob Layne, and Delbert Layne.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Marie; sons, Chris Lane (Cindy) and Tim Hall (Anita); daughters, Lisa Lane and Sheri Rich (Jay); eight grandchildren, Wade Hall (Saundra), Whitney Hall Thornton (Tyler), Blakelee Hall Tinkler (Dustin), Tanner Rich, Tyler Lane, Paige Lane, Chasity Lane, Kaley Lane; six great grandchildren, Harper, Hendrix, Lennon, Arlee, Tripp, and Waylon Knox; brothers, Rayburn Layne and Dwight Lane.

A graveside service will be held at Pipkin Cemetery on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00 AM with a visitation the evening prior from 5-7 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
