Easter Jean Brown, 78 of Alexander, went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2015. She was born January 30, 1937 to Newt Dixon and Essie Franklin in England, Arkansas.
She loved cooking, old movies and New York City. She loved spending time with family and her grandkids were her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Brown; one brother and five sisters.
She is survived by youngest daughter, Kimberly Ellis; four daughters; Deneen Jogie, Melissa Williams, Lisa, and Shirley Howard; two sons, Jimmy and Clayton Howard, fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank Stagecoach Nursing and Rehab for all the love and support during this time.
A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
