Edward John Hass, age 87, of Benton, died on July 11, 2009.
Edward was born on December 5, 1921 in Dangerfield, Texas to his parents, William Haywood Hass and Vada Texana Campbell. He spent the majority of his professional life as a truck driver, where he received many accommodations.
Mr. Hass is survived by his daughter, Carol Dianne Hass-Shelnutt, 2 grandsons and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, M. Marie Haley, along with his parents and many relatives.
Cremation services are under the direction of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant,
