Effie Louise Bell Osborne 87 went to be with the Lord February 5, 2016 with her family by her side. She was born September 20, 1928 in Humphrey, Arkansas to the late, Clinton and Anna Mae Yarbough. Louise was a beautiful person inside and out. She was a strong woman of God and a loving mother and grandmother. Her family and faith always coming first in her life. Louise was a cosmetologist for over 60 years; where she owned her own salon and was a beauty instructor.
Louise is preceded in death by her first husband, Orman G. Bell who lost his life while serving in WWII and her late
husband, Orlin L. Osborne of 34 years; her parents; brother, Lorell Yarbough; sister, Margaret Poe and daughter-in-law, Joan Bell.
Louise is survived by her children, Sandra Barrett (Bob) and Gary Bell (Ruth); three grandchildren, Eric O'Neal, Ginger Taylor, and David Bell; eight great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren and a host of family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
Visitation for Louise will be Friday, February 12, 2016, from 11:00 AM-12:00 noon at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Funeral services are directly after at 12:00 noon.
Louise will be buried with her late husband, Orlin L. Osborne at Little Rock National Cemetery.
