"Sonny"
Sonny Lott, 71, of Little Rock, Arkansas was born Tuesday, March 25th, 1952. Sonny went home to his heavenly father on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends.
Petty Officer Elbert W. Lott was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy on February 3rd, 1985, after thirteen years of service. Sonny served as a sheet metal fabricator and was able to live his best life traveling the world. Sonny never met a stranger, could fix just about anything, and had a passion for anything outdoors. Sonny had the best one-liners and could make anyone laugh with his stories.
Sonny is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Sr. and Opal Mae (Wiggins) Lott; grandmother, Gladys Eula; and his wife, Stephanie Lott.
He is survived by his three sisters, Margaret Louise Newman (Jerry), Linda Sue Wetzel (Tom), and Cindy Eula Garrett (Steve "Snuff"); son, Christopher (Lott) Kinzler; daughter, Tricia Lott; four honorary children, Adam Parsons (Becky), Angel Cuffel (Joe), Wesley Parsons, and Sarah Parsons; seven grandchildren, Clay, Michael, Hannah, Claire, Tori, Andrew, and his favorite running buddy, Xavier; three nephews; two nieces; four great nephews; four great nieces; and special friends, Burke and Scotty.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. with a visitation one hour prior at Parkview United Methodist Church: 514 Border Street, Benton, Arkansas 72015.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Wounded Warrior Project at woundedwarriorproject.org , your favorite charity, or the Parkview United Methodist Church Food Pantry Fund.
