Obituary
Ellon Myree Turley, 82 of Benton passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014. She was born on December 25, 1931 to Chester and Roma Griffis Abbott in Floral, Arkansas.
Ellon enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, site seeing, watching Dr. Phil but especially her family. She was a loving mother, sister, grandma and friend
She is survived by children; Lannie (Linda) Howell, Peggy (Patton) Haycraft, Steven and Phyllis Howell, Nancy Jumper, Madonna Strickland, and Lisa Davis.
Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great- grandchildren. Brothers, Gene (Melba) Abbott, Hubert (Betty) Abbott, Horace (Mary) Abbott, Jerry (Linda) Abbott. Sisters. Marlene (Jesse) Ramos, Ethel Fulcher. Sisters-in-laws, Lois Abbott, Jenny Abbott.
Ellon is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Stacy Howell along with 3 brothers, AG Abbott, Felton Abbott, Carol Abbott. and 1 grandchild, Little Steven. And one great-great grandchild, Za'miya
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 14th 1:00 p.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home Bryant, with services following at 2:00 p.m. Committal will immediately follow the service at Social Hill Cemetery.
