Elmer Marion Styers 92, of Mabelvale passed away on November 2, 2018.  He was born on August 3, 1926 to the late, David and Montene Styers in Shaw, Arkansas.   Elmer proudly served in the United States Navy.  He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting.

Elmer is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Wilma Dean Bunch.

He is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Thelma Styers; two sons, Nelson Styers "Peggy" and Gaylon Styers "Nancy"; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
