Faye Imogene Pennington Shook, 91, of Bryant, Arkansas went home to Jesus on Friday, May 23, 2025. She was born on Monday, March 26, 1934, to the late Walter and Leota Pennington in Rising Fawn, Georgia and raised on Lookout Mountain.

Faye is preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Rhonda Denise Shook; and sisters, Eloise Dodson and Dee West.

She is survived by her son, Jason Shook Sr (Deborah); daughter, Terri Faye Watkins (Dale); grandson, Jason Shook Jr (Danielle); great grandchildren, Skyler, Taylor, Sawyer, Sophie and Dani; caregiver, Jean Pickard (Gary); and lifelong friend, Dian Bynum (Jerry).

The family will be planning a celebration of life at a later date.
