Frederick Arthur Mellor Sr., 78, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016. He was born April 25, 1938 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Fredrick and Marie Mellor. Fred was an avid collector of guns, Vettes, and Harleys. He had a Chemistry Degree, served in the Army National Guard and retired from ADEQ in 2005. Fred is survived by his sister Marilyn Milnes and brother John Mellor (Debbie) both of PA; daughter, Rose Garrett; son, Skip Mellor (Amanda); stepdaughter, Teresa Jones all of AR and grandchildren, Evie, Gabby and Gabe.
