Obituary
Gary Wayne Butler, SR., age 55 of Little Rock, passed away on June 12, 2010.
Mr. Butler was born on August 8, 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas to his parents, Thomas and Mattie Butler. He was a member of Baseline Missionary Baptist Church. He loved to work and be with his family, and particularly enjoyed his grandchildren.
He is survived by his mother, Mattie Butler, his loving wife, Kim Butler, son, Gary Butler, Jr. and wife Christen, of Benton; daughters, Lisa Rhoades of Little Rock, Amy Mills and husband, Bruce of Little Rock and Stephanie Emmerling and husband, Bryan of Benton. He is also survived by his brother, Ben Butler and wife, Caroline of Mabelvale, along with five grandchildren and one on the way.
Gary was preceded in death by his Father.
Funeral services will be held for Mr. Butler at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Baseline Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock with Bro. Dennis Mitchell officiating.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, 501-847-9099.
