Gene Pickens Koon, 61, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 17th, 2022, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born to the late, Horace and Francis Nickols Koon, on Sunday, January 15th, 1961, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He enjoyed fishing, working with his son, going to flea markets, and finding treasures at yard sales. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patsy Koon; and two brothers, Buddy Joe Koon and Rocky Koon.

He is survived by his three loving children, Allen Gray, Tiffany Koon, and Brent Koon (Amanda); five grandchildren, Dustin, Jake, Sydney, Summer, and Samantha; two brothers, Stoney and Walter Koon; along with a host of other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 30th, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. with the visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
