George was born on March 15, 1943 in Queens, New York to his parents George and Florence Schaefer. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Dottie Schaefer and his children; Nancy Faile and husband Al of South Carolina and Dottie Rae Morrison of Benton and George J. Schaefer and wife Jamie of Bryant, sisters; Maureen Paccuci and Grace Schaefer and one brother, Robert Schaefer along with 7 grandchildren; Stephen, Kaitlyn, Daniel, Ali, Taylor, Kacey and George Ryan and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives who will miss him dearly. A memorial service for George will be announced at a later date.
