On October 27th, 2023, Gerald Shipman went to be with the Lord. Gerald was born March 15th, 1970, in Little Rock, AR, to Gearline Kern.

He married Lisa Henson in 1995 and together they raised two daughters. Gerald was a husband, a father, and a much-loved Poppy to five grandchildren.

Gerald is survived by his wife- Lisa Shipman; children- Amanda Ma and Samantha Browning; grandchildren- Titan Ma, Angel Ma, Brentley- known by her Poppy as "Bug"- Browning, Lillybell Ma and Hensley Browning; siblings- Tammy Cason, Larry Shipman, Scotty Shipman, Kandy Winnette, Lee Winnette, Donald Winette, and numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his mother Gearline Kern and his sister Joanna Foreman.

Visitation and funeral service will be held at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant, AR. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1st @11:00 AM followed by the funeral service.
