Obituary
Gordon Vassar Peck III, age 58 of Mabelvale, passed away on December 17, 2014.
He was born on December 1, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to his parents, Gordon Vassar Peck, Jr. and Sally Jean Max.
Mr. Peck was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, working in the yard and music, but what he enjoyed most of all was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joella Peck along with his seven children; Gordon Vassar Peck IV and wife, Heather of Arlington, Texas, Miloe Elisabeth Rains and husband, Kevin of Little Rock and Tanner Wilson Peck, Evan Smykla Peck, Samuel Wilkins Peck, Calvin Henry Peck and Travis Michael Peck, all of Little rock. He is also survived by two grandchildren; Art Brawner and Lola Marie Peck and two sisters; Cindi Mantooth and Tish Logan.
Gordon was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Margaret Peck.
A celebration of Gordon's life will be held at 4:00p.m., on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Church at Rock Creek, with Bro. Mark Evans officiating.
