Guy Burton Browning 82 of Little Rock passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Mr. Browning was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren in the deer woods. Guy was born on July 28, 1926 to the late William and Lavada Browning in Natural Steps, Arkansas. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge Roland # 508 for 58 years. Mr. Browning was a lifetime member of Natural Steps Baptist Church.

Mr. Browning is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Eva Mae; two sons, James Browning and his wife, Sharee; Mitch Browning and his wife, DeeAnna; one daughter, Carolyn Joyce Held and her husband, John; seven grandchildren, Evonda Wingfield, Sara Gipson, Burt Browning, Jay Browning, Cindy Held, Blake Browning and Brent Browning; eight great grandchildren, Zoe, Tea, Grant, Jake, Gavin, Kala, Hailey and Payton; one sister, Vivian Joyce "Polly" Moreland and a host of nephews, nieces and friends who all loved him and will miss him greatly.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, 200 9 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant 501-847-9099. A celebration of Guy's life will be held on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 12:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
