Hazel P. Capehart 86 of Benton, formally of Ardmore, Oklahoma passed away on March 19, 2012 with her family by her side. Hazel enjoyed golfing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, George Warren Capehart; her parents; one sister and two brothers.
Mrs. Capehart is survived by her loving daughter, Linda Fenderson; son, George R. Capehart and his wife, Sandee; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and one on the way and a host of family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
