Obituary

Henry Joe Hajek, Jr. of Benton passed away on May 31, 2011.
Henry was born on November 24, 1927 in Flatonia, Texas to the late Henry, Sr. and Angelina Hajek.
Mr. Hajek was a veteran of both the Army and Navy and was retired from Pat Salmon & Sons. He was also a member of Highland Heights Baptist Church.
Henry is survived by his wife of 41 years, Juanita Hajek and his son, Kenneth Hajek of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by five sisters; Rosie Koncaba and her husband, Edwin, Annie Barto, Lillie Vanicek, Della Bartos, all of Flatonia, Texas,and Emma Welfel of Yoakum, Texas. Three step-children; Bobby Patterson and his wife, Bonnie of Mabelvale, Donna Weaver and her husband Lee of Bryant and Sue Rollans of Benton, along with 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Adolph Hajek and his son, Jerry Paul Hajek.
A graveside service will be held at 2;00p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011 at McPhearson Cemetery with Pastors Brian Moore and Bob Stuckey officiating.
Visitation will take place on Thursday evening from 6-8pm at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, 501-847-9099.
