Homer Bratton Moran, 92, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born to the late, Clifton and Ruth Moran, on Monday, August 12, 1929, in Ellendale, Tennessee. Homer proudly served in the U.S. Army, Medical Service Corp. for 28 years. After his long hard work and dedication, he rose to the rank of Colonel. In his younger years, he enjoyed buying and working on older cars. Even though he was stubborn at times, he definitely had a soft side to him. He was known to be such an encouraging and inspiring man. One of his favorite quotes is:

"You don't get more until you do more than you're paid for"

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Christine Moran; one brother, Ed Moran; and three sisters, Alice, Nancy, and Sandra.

He is survived by his three loving children, HB Moran Jr (Charlotte), Debbie Tucker (Harold), and Tim Moran (Ruchia); seven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. with the visitation at 11:00 A.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. Private burial for family only.
