Howard Carrol McCulley, age 60, of Scott died on September 15, 2009. Mr. McCulley was born on July 18, 1949 and was a welder and security officer by profession.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Shelba Lee (Tebby) and William Burley McCulley, and one stepson, PFC Anthony W. Childress.
Howard leaves a wife, Linda B. McCulley of Scott, AR.; daughter-in-law with two grandsons of Ohio, Kelly A. Mathew, Nathaniel and Samuel; step-son and daughter-in-law with five grandchildren of Utah, Kenneth D., Bonnie, Colton, Spencer, Katherine, Mark and Daniel Childress and a grandchild, Devon, of the deceased step-son, PFC Anthony W. Childress of Oklahoma; two brothers, Hue B. and J. Ivan McCulley; a sister and brother-in-law, Iris and Tracy Nielson of Utah, two nieces; Adawna and husband, Russell Smith and Celeste McCulley; nephew, William McCulley and a step-nephew and niece, Ryan and Harmony; an uncle and two aunts of his father and an aunt & two step uncles of his mother and many cousins through out the U.S., N' Law's- (mother) Charlene & husband Johnny Williams; two brothers, Larry Harper of OK. & two sons of AR.; Jerry Harper & family of OK; four sisters, Brenda Waltermier & family also of OK., Judy Sparks, Hazel Richardson and Virginia Ragan & their families all of AR.
