Obituary
Huie Elmer Cossey Sr. age 68 of Little Rock passed away on May 9, 2011. He was born on December 11, 1942. He was the son of the late Grady and Bernice Cossey.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was retired from Arkansas Best Freight Inc., in North Little Rock.
Mr. Cossey was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Vivian Moore Cossey; two sons, Scott Cossey and Danny Cossey, along with two brothers and three sisters.
Huie is survived by Gary Cossey and wife, Donna, Larry Cossey and wife Becky, Robert Cossey, Vonda Hemphill, Sherri Chudy and husband, Paul, Huie Cossey, Jr. and Rodney Cossey and wife Becky. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, along with two sisters and one brother.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00a.m. on
Friday, May 13, 2011 in the chapel of Dial & Dudley funeral Home, in Bryant, 501-847-9099.
Visitation will take place from 6-8p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Funeral Home.
