Obituary

Jack Tuggle 81 of Conway went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2013.
Mr. Tuggle was born on December 21, 1931 to his parents, Herman and Mabel Tuggle in Booneville, Arkansas.
He was a career military man, retiring from the Air Force. After serving his country he proudly continued to do so by contributing to the Paralyzed Veteran's Association.
Mr. Tuggle was also an avid bird watcher and loved gardening and working on puzzles, even in his last days. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be sorely missed.
He is survived by two sons; Jack M. (Yvonne) Tuggle Jr. of Hot Springs and Roy D. (Teresa) Tuggle of Benton, two daughters; Judy Pettit of Benton and Sandra (David) Summers of Round Rock, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Alicia and Josh Tuggle, Courtney, Kristen and Stephanie Summers, along with his brother, Billy Tuggle and one sister, Nadine Childs.

The family would like to express their special thanks to the staff of Conway Regional, along with his great friend Mark Seymore.

Mr. Tuggle is preceded in death by his parents, his children's mother; Barbara Tuggle and was widowed again with the loss of his second wife; Misty Tuggle.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 31, at 10:00am in the chapel of Dial & Dudley Funeral Home, 4212 Highway 5 North in Bryant, 501-847-9099. Burial will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery.
Officiating will be Pastor Scott Martin.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday night from 6-8p.m.

Pallbearers will be; Mark Seymore, Danny Brown, Lee Suggs, David Summers, Josh Tuggle and Rick Smith

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the P.V.A, Paralyzed Veteran's Assoc. www.supportveterans.org, Little Rock Compassion Center, or Feed The Children Foundation.
