James Luther Ballard 56 of Benton passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. James was born on May 2, 1952 to the late Louis and Minnie Ballard.
He is survived by his three sisters, Mary Ann Mitchell and her husband, Jurl of Greenbrier, Janice Beaty and her husband, Archie of Benton and Jeannette Heffington of Benton.
