Obituary
James Homer Dorsey of Little Rock, passed away January 4, 2015. He was born on October 4, 1921 in Sheridan, Arkansas.
He enjoyed cars, working in his lawn but especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife; Dorothy of 75 years, sons; Johnny Homer Dorsey and wife, Darlene of Ft. Worth, Texas, Charles Ralph Dorsey of Little Rock, daughters; Lillie JoAnn Foster and her husband Jack of Berryville, Arkansas and Carol Snow of Little Rock, seventeen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren, brother; Obie Wood, sister; Edith and a host of family and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son; James (Jimmy) Dorsey, one brother and three sisters.
A celebration of life will be Friday, January 9, 2015, 2:00 pm at New Hope Church of the Nazarene with Pastor George Yarberry officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 8, from 6:00–8:00 pm at the church.
