James E. Jeffers 83 of Bryant passed away on October 21, 2013. He was born on May 15, 1930 and raised by H. H. Haller in Nashville, Arkansas. Mr. Jeffers served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer and spouse Mark Wilson; son, James R Jeffers and spouse Sherry K Jeffers; grandchildren, Carolyn J Wunderlich, Bonnie M Burks, Sara N Jeffers, Thomas W Jeffers, Jessica D Jeffers, Jami E Jeffers-Hughes, Jackie and Caleb Miller, Jenna and Josh Maynard, Justine and Blake Miller and thirteen great grandchildren and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
