James Dale Phillips "Jim" 73, of Bauxite went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 25th, 2020, He was born on February 6th, 1947 in Quitman, Arkansas to the late T.E. Phillips and Joyce Rice Phillips Woodard.
Jim was of the Baptist faith. In his early years of working, he was an iron worker for Local Union # 321 in Little Rock. Then in later years he was an industrial mechanic and boiler operator for Johnson and Johnson Chicopee Manufacturing in North Little Rock.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Shane.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lynn; daughter, Bridget Ann; brother, Dewayne Phillips (Naomia); sisters, Carolyn Bateman-Farmer (James), Charlotte Bland and Susan (Derek) Schubert; Bonus children; John D. Nebling (Kelli), Vickie Doles (Rick), and Daniel Merritt (Erin). And host of many family members and friends. Graveside memorial is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9th at 1:00 P.M. at Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
