Janet "Sue" Squires Brooks, 78, of Benton, Arkansas was born to the late, Elmer A. Squires and Helen F. (Omalia) Squires, on Thursday, December 12th, 1946, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sue went to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 15th, 2024, surrounded by love.

She is survived by her loving husband, George T. Brooks; one daughter, Christie Rice and her husband, Bryan; two sons, George Thomas Brooks III and Matthew Brooks and his wife, Jessica; six grandchildren, Charlene Dodson, Chelsa Hilborn, Noah Brooks, Simone Brooks, George Brooks IV, and Rebecca Brooks; four great grandchildren, Heath Woodall, Tuff Dodson, Ollie Hilborn, and Sailor Chronister; along with other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.

Sue's passion was always serving the Lord and helping others. She was the founder of Leah Daughter Women Ministry and Camp Destiny.

Her celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Sue would love donations to be made to the American Cancer Society where she served on the board.
