Jennie M. Zimmerman, 89, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. She was born to the late, Johnnie and Dessie Lou Kelly Green, on Thursday, September 22, 1932, in Little Rock, Arkansas. In her spare time, she loved gardening, fishing, and going walking. She loved to visit her friends and family more than anything.

She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 62 years, Herman Zimmerman Sr.; son, Donnie Halverson; two stepsons, Herman Zimmerman, Jr. and Alvah Zimmerman; granddaughter, Stefanie Danielle Zimmerman; great grandson, Wren Remington; great granddaughter, Kasey Zimmerman; step granddaughter, Mary Katherine Zimmerman; along with her seven siblings, Nona Gregg, Thurman Green, Verna Young, Martha Rockwell, Troy Green, W.C. Green, and Coy Green.

She is survived by her loving son, Gerald Zimmerman (Stephanie); grandson, Todd Halverson (Prisilla); three great granddaughters, Merci Olivia Zimmerman, Julia and Jaclyn Halverson; daughter-in-law, Kathy Halverson; two step grandchildren, Alvah, Jr. and Josh; along with a host of other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.

A private graveside service will be held, and a celebration of Jennie's life will be held at a later date.
