Jim Lampkin 78 of Mabelvale passed away on November 30, 2013 with his family by his side. He was born on February 25, 1935 to the late, Perry and Ila Lampkin in Danville, Arkansas. Jim enjoyed fishing, going to the lake with family and was always trying to find a good bargain. He retired after 20 years from Kellwood and then was the Owner and Operator of Midtown Billiards in Little Rock.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Billie Metzger.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Cecelia Lampkin; daughter, Marilyn Turnbow (Scott); sisters, Velda Hudgens, Lavern Ball and Brenda Smith; brother, Darrell Lampkin and twenty seven grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly.
