John Dean Matthews, 76, of Bauxite, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, September 11 ,2021. He was born to the late, Lovell and Margaret Matthews, on Thursday, November 30, 1944, in Little Rock, Arkansas. John leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years, Reba Irena Matthews; three sons, John Winston Matthews (Tiffany) of Austin, Arkansas, Wesley Dean Matthews of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Dwight Eric Matthews (Tabetha) of Benton, Arkansas; one daughter, Dana Michele Matthews Motto of Bauxite, Arkansas; one sister, Linda Ott of Bryant, Arkansas; niece, Kay Thompson of Mabelvale, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, Brittany Taylor, Brantley Motto, Quinten Motto, Tristan Matthews, Keegan Matthews, Brendan Matthews, Micha Matthews, Gabe Matthews, Drew Matthews, Linden Matthews, Lucy Matthews, Laney Matthews; four great grandchildren, Jace Motto, Grant Taylor, Hudson Taylor, Caroline Taylor, Koda Matthews, and Silas Matthews; plus many family and friends who all love and will miss him dearly.
