Kathy Lynn Dowling

April 19, 1972 – May 15, 2021

Kathy L. Dowling, age 49, of Benton AR passed after a battle with liver disease for the past five years. Born in Kingsville, TX, she later lived in the Oklahoma City, OK area for 34 years. She was a wonderful daughter and mother. Kindhearted and generous, she helped people whenever she could. Kathy worked from the age of 16, mostly in retail. She loved nature especially butterflies, music, quilting, and the NFL. She is survived by her mother, Nancy S. Byrd Arnold, of Benton, AR; her father and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Mark L. Arnold, Sr. of Moore, OK; two daughters and one son, Makayla Dowling of Moore, OK; and Heather R. and Joshua D. Storie of Oklahoma City, OK; one brother, Mark L. Arnold, Jr. (Michelle) of Hudson, FL; one nephew and one niece; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her beloved cat, Hershey.

A celebration of life will be held June 12, 2021, 10:00 AM in the chapel at southern Hills Baptist Church, 8601 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City, OK; Reverend Ruffin Snow officiating.
