Kristina "Kristy" Carol Owen (Jeffcoat), 45, of Alexander, Arkansas was born to, Terry Carroll Jeffcoat and Susan Kay (Hicks) Jeffcoat, on Friday, February 24th, 1978, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and left this world too soon on Friday, February 9th, 2024, safely in her home.
