Larry Joe Bearden 53 of Alexander, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009. Larry was born on January 7, 1956 to George Franklin Bearden Sr. and Nervie Bell Jones Bearden in Benton, Arkansas. Mr. Bearden loved to hunt and watch old Western movies. He found his greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles and George "Red" Bearden and three sisters, Margret Thompson, Gracie Bearden and Mary Sherell.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Alvie; three daughters, Shellie Henderson, Stacy Watkins and Crystal Bearden; two son-n-laws, Michael Henderson and Chris Watkins; two granddaughters, Haley Henderson and Anna Bearden; five grandsons, Dylan and Adam Henderson, Auston, Timmothy and Christopher Watkins; three brothers, Roy, Jimmy Don and Harrold Bearden; sister, Faye Saulston and many other relatives and friends who all loved and will miss him dearly.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at 12:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant 501-847-9099 with brother Mark Sites officiating.
