Larry Gene Harrison, 80, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. He was born to the late, Harold and Vivian (Free) Harrison, on Wednesday, September 3, 1941, in Bryant, Arkansas. Larry had an amazing life filled with so many relationships and stories. He attended Raney/Central High School and from there went into the National Guard. He was a member of the Sardis United Methodist Church, and he retired from AM multigraph. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, and he could build anything he put his mind to; but most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. His sense of humor was second to none.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Kris Skarda; and brother-in-law, Rodger Salyer.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ginger Harrison; three daughters, Elaine Muzny and her husband, Mike, Kara Skarda and her fiancé, Bill Davis, and Kristi Harrison Shuffield and her husband, Brian; four grandchildren, Grant, Lauren, Vivian, and Olin; six great granddaughters, Maleea, Adlee, Julia, Zoie, Danika, and Vesper; one brother, Richard Harrison and his wife, Bonnie; one sister, Patricia Galloway; along with numerous other family and friends who all love him and will miss his presence dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. with the visitation one hour prior at the Sardis United Methodist Church.

Pallbearers will be Mike Muzny, Brian Shuffield, Bill Davis, Grant Muzny, Olin Shuffield, Ryan Roberts, and A.J. Ford. Honorary pallbearers will be Gus Butler, Richard Harrison, Buddy Atkinson, Johnny Steadman, and Riley Salyer.
