Larry Joe Spencer 74, of Little Rock, AR. passed away on, March 14, 2020. "Mullet", as he was known to his family and friends, was born on July 31, 1945 to the late Vannie D. Spencer and Pauline Johns Spencer, also preceded in death by his brother Billy Wayne Spencer. He lived a full and prosperous life and graduated from Osceola High School and in college obtained two master degrees in business, and a bachelor of physiology. He excelled in all sports in high school. Larry loved life and had an easy and infectious smile with beautiful blue eyes. He had a great love for golf and racketball. He was top sales rep for RPS and Fedex for over 40 years. Larry was a great story teller and loved to make those around him laugh.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 40 years. Mary Meggs Spencer; his loving brothers Dr. Jerry Lee Spencer and Dr. Donald Spencer; one daughter, Dr. Stephanie Lyn Lowry; one son Stuart Larson Spencer; and a Stepdaughter, Debbie Lynn Cossey, as well as 5 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He will be truly missed by all who loved him.

There will be a celebration of his life held at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Ar. Thursday March 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
