Leona Faye Hydrick 66 of Hensley, passed away May 11, 2016. She was born March 11, 1950 to Headley C. White and Maudie Mae Starr in Cotulla, Texas.
Leona loved to cook, and watch old movies. Also, she enjoyed as much family time as possible.
She is survived by four daughters, Sarah Barclay (Josh) of Hensley, Lue Audra Corners (Jeff) of Hensley, Diane Smith-Everett (Keith) of Mabelvale and Valerie Huckabee (Jerry) of Wisconsin; two sons, Warren Smith (Shanyn) of Cabot and Bryan Hydrick (Lisa) of Friendship, Texas; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Thelma Lawson and Frances Murbarger, and a host of other family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
Leona was preceded in death by her parents, one son; William David Smith, IV; two brothers, Edmond Ray White and James White.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Forest Tower Baptist Church on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
