Leonard Todd Russell, 92, of Bauxite, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019. He was born to William and Edith (Wersig) Russell on Monday, March 14, 1927 in Bethany, Connecticut. He was a proud WWII Veteran who served in the Army in Europe; Company "B" 343 ^rd Engineers. He loved to play dominos, hunt, and fish. He was member of Christ Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Henry, Frank, Fred, and James Russell; seven sisters, Anna May (Russell) Meholic, Violet Viola (Russell) Woodall, Beulah Ruby (Russell) Fitcher, Edith (Russell) Downs, Elizabeth (Russell) Fosdick, Dora (Russell) Bubb, and Elanor (Russell) Delvicco.

Remaining to share memories are his wife, Charlcie Gibbs; step children, Delton Gibbs, Jr., Keith Gibbs, Felecia Patterson, Doran Gibbs, and Charles Gibbs (Ashley); twelve step grandchildren; mother of his children, Ruth Christine Russell and their children, Linda Lee Eshoo (Sam), Leonard Todd Russell, Jr. (Linda), and Carl Russell (Elizabeth); brother, Nathan Russell from Connecticut; seven grandchildren from Connecticut, Leonard, Jason, Megan, Christine, Edward, Roxanne, and Melissa; seven great grandchildren from Connecticut, George, Alicea, Ashley, Mckenzie, Cooper, Edward III, and Brandon; along with a host of friends and other family who loved and miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 12:15 P.M. at Christ Church following the church service.
