LeRoy Thomas Webb 84 of Little Rock passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. LeRoy enjoyed reading, fishing and spending time with his family. LeRoy served in the United States Navy and was a WWII veteran. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a member of New Hope Nazarene Church and Eagles # 65.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Peggy Webb. LeRoy is survived by his seven children; Kathryn Mitchem (Alan), Melinda Reeves, George Hanson (Vicki), Mary Andrews, Charlene Caswell, Eric Hanson and Vicky Little; twenty one grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Visitation on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant (501) 847-9099. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 12:30 at the funeral home. Pastor George Yarberry will be officiating the service.
