Obituary

Lina "Sue" Rogers 84, of Mabelvale, passed away peacefully on November 24th, 2024. Born on January 11, 1940, in Antoine, Arkansas, Sue was the cherished daughter of the late Marion and Dorothy Fulton.

Sue was the heart and soul of her family, a matriarch who embodied unconditional love, unwavering faith, and boundless compassion. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her greatest treasures, and her home was always a sanctuary filled with warmth, laughter, and the smell of her delicious cooking. She was a passionate reader, a source of wisdom and comfort, and a member of New Hope Nazarene Church.

Sue's love knew no bounds, and her life was a testament to the power of family and faith. She leaves behind countless memories of shared meals, heartfelt conversations, and moments of quiet strength.

Sue was preceded in death by two husbands, Lewis Warden and Donald Rogers; her daughter, Carol Hathcock; her son, Donnie Rogers; her sisters, Marian Brock and Nancy Prince; and her brothers, Terry Fulton and George Fulton.

Left to cherish her memories are three daughters, Lesia Cole (Tim), Debbie Walker (Doug), and Kim Carpenter; her son, Calvin Warden; 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Marie Williams; her brother, Jerry Fulton; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.

Sue's life was a gift to all who knew her, and her love will continue to guide her family. Her memory will live on in the stories, traditions, and faith she instilled in those she cherished most.
