Linda Carol Berry Dempsey 71 of Benton passed away on April 9, 2012 with her granddaughter, Halana by her side. She was born on April 1, 1941 to the late, Virgil and Georgia McCutcheon in Benton, Arkansas. Linda was a member of New Life Missionary Baptist church for over 15 years. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, shopping, collecting and working in her flower garden. Linda retired from Benton Service Center after 27 years as a LPTN. Her most precious times were spent with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Dempsey; one sister and one brother.
Linda is survived by her two daughters, Pamala Berry Salazar and her husband, Stephen and Dana Berry Cook; two sons, Robert Carroll Berry and Joshua Dane Berry; the children's father, Robert Berry Sr.; seven grandchildren, Halana and her husband, Craig, Pascha, Jaron, Gabrielle, Bryce, Joe and River; seven great grandchildren, Noah, Dreamy, Lanie, Heaven, Kyron, Dawson and Liam; one brother, Kenneth McCutcheon and his wife, Jo; two sisters, Betty Mize and her husband, Charles and Karen Seigrist and a host of family and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
