IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Loretta Ann
Tucker
August 26, 1957 – May 28, 2025
Loretta Ann Tucker, 67, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at her home. She was born Monday, August 26th, 1957 in Middletown, Ohio to Ted and Barbara Deering.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tucker, and her beloved brother, Barry Deering.
She is survived by her sons, Zach King (Laura) and Drake Tucker; her daughter, Jessie Jackson (Joshua); four grandchildren, Destini Sanders (Zaine), Lucas Holley, Juliana Holley, and Belladonna Valentine; and one sister, Kathleen Williams (George).
Loretta dedicated her life to serving others. Even though she worked as a waitress for over twenty years, her family knows that she considered being a mother and grandma her primary career. Loretta was quick to love others and made friends easily. Acquaintances became friends and friends became family time and time again. Her love extended to animals, from beloved pets to visiting raccoons; animals were drawn to her. Her favorite things included feeding others, music, and plants. Whether it was listening to live music at a family cookout or enjoying her prolific record collection, her love for music was always apparent. Loretta was kind, loving, and accepting. A multitude of family and friends will miss her immensely.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. with Joshua Jackson officiating at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made in Loretta's name to your local animal shelter.
