Loretta M. Willoughby, 78, of Benton, Arkansas passed away July 13, 2010. Ms Willoughby was born in Kentucky to her parents, James & Aretta Willoughby on June 14, 1932. Her passion was fishing and her pets. She was survived by her half-brother, Michael R. Willoughby and his wife and children, Denise, Laura, Zechariah and her half-sister, Juanita F. Willoughby and her husband Steven Spencer. Ms Willoughby leaves behind many friends and co-workers from the Tenenbaum Company where she worked for 30 years.
