Louis Edward Bobo went home to be with our Lord on, Saturday, December 2,2023.

Louis Bobo was a man that did life under his own terms. He was an avid Deer hunter and drove race cars at most of the tracks in and around central Arkansas, collecting several championships over the years. Louis also participated in Demolition Derbies in Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. In his younger years, Louis laid hardwood flooring for Bob Hubbert Flooring. He later became a mechanic by trade and was in business with his son at Bobo`s Garage & Salvage.

Louis was born on January 29,1939, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Lois Bobo and Bessie Patterson Bobo. Louis Bobo is proceeded in death by his parents, Lois and Bessie Bobo, his wife of 50 years, Charlette Tackett Bobo, two brothers, Mitchell Bobo, and Herbert Bobo, two daughters, Diana Walker, and Cathy Swanson, two son-in-laws, Ricky Stivers, and Svan Swanson.

Louis Bobo is survived by his daughter,Janice Stivers, two sons, Douglas Bobo (Anita) and Allen Bobo. 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Louis will be greatly missed by everyone that knows and loves him.

Graveside service will be held at Ironton Baptist Church Cemetery on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.
