Louis Monroe Plante, 72 of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. He was born to the late, William and Bertha Plante on Sunday, January 20, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He served in the U.S. Army. He loved the outdoors and fishing. He ran Maumelle Harbor for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Stacy Plante.

He is survived by his son, William Plante (Kathy); sister, Fran Tolliver; nephew, Hal Plante; niece, GeneAnn Spann; along with a host of family and friends who love and miss him dearly.

A graveside service will be held at Blasingame Cemetery in El Paso, Arkansas on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00PM. The visitation will be held the evening prior from 5-7PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
