Lucille V. McDowell passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 with her family by her side.

She was born in Oak Grove, Louisiana on July 18, 1930 to her parents George "Albert" and Birdie Brower.

Ms. McDowell is preceded in death by her  parents, one sister Mary Beard; one grandson, Anthony McDowell; one great granddaughter Kayla Hill; one son Dwayne "Bobo" McDowell; two daughters, Rachel Tate and Sandra Green.

She is survived by one daughter Sharon Brown of Alexander, Arkansas, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends that will all miss her.

A Celebration of Life for Ms. McDowell will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Arkansas.
