Mable Ethel Smith 87 of Little Rock, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, March 29, 2009. Mrs. Smith was born on August 27, 1921 to the late Horrace and Cathrine Wilson in Sheridan, Arkansas. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, cooking and growing elephant ears. She found her greatest joy in taking care of her children and grand children. Mable was the Assembly of God faith.

Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Smith and four daughters, Lura and Dovie Smith, Vickie McGhee and Kathey Miles.

She is survived by her two daughters, Burnice Smith and Tammy Tramel; three sons, James, Thomas and Hank (Vickie) Smith; twenty grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; eleven great great grandchildren and many other relatives who will all miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home 4212 Hwy 5 North, Bryant 501-847-9099.
