Manuel Cooper, Sr., 55, of Mabelvale, Arkansas was born to the late, Henry Buddy Cooper, Sr. and Pansy (Harrison) Cooper, on Friday, July 26th, 1968, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The chains and shackles finally fell off and the gates to Heaven opened for him on Friday, October 27th, 2023, in Leakesville, Mississippi. He is finally set free. For anyone who knew Manuel, they would know how big of a personality he had. He was loud, always making you laugh, and he loved everybody. He would light up every room he walked in. His presence will be truly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents and six siblings, Jackie Howard, Walter Cooper, Henry Cooper Jr., Mary Drury, Betty Girton, and Ruby Worley.

He is survived by his two loving children, Manuel Cooper, Jr. and Betty Delores; four grandchildren, Jimmy Lee "Tripp" McCann III, Drake McCann, Manuel "Jax" McCann, and Noah McCann; along with other family and friends who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Manuel's visitation will be held on Monday and Tuesday, November 6th and 7th, 2023, from 12:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.

His celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Butler Cemetery.
