Margaret Jean Cox 80 of North Little Rock passed away on May 22, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born on June 13, 1931 to the late, George and Verda Smith in Little Rock, AR. Margaret enjoyed gardening and reading her morning newspaper. Her greatest joys were spent with her children and grand children. She worked as a Dietary Cook at Northbridge Nursing Home for over 30 years and was a very dedicated employee. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Wesley Coleman; son, Donnie Coleman; brother, Bobby Smith and two great grandchildren, Joseph Evans and Brittany Schall. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Diane Hunter and her husband, William; three sons, Carroll Ray Coleman, Larry Coleman and his wife, Alice and Tim Cox and his wife, Marilyn; grandchildren, Angela and her husband, Wade, Jennifer, Tammi and her husband Chris, Susan and her husband, Jason, Felecia, Danielle, John, Melissa, Leah, Jeannie and Melanie; sister, Marilyn Tetrick; three brothers, Jackie, Wayne and Richard Smith and a host of great grandchildren and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
