Marilyn Jeanette Rixse, 73, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022. She was born to the late, Joseph Lee and Hattie Mae (Hunter) Crawford, on Monday, June 27, 1949, in Marked Tree, Arkansas. Marilyn was the secretary for the Little Rock Chapter of the National Federation for the Blind for many years. She also worked for The Lighthouse for the Blind, where she made many lifelong friendships. She enjoyed swimming with her grandchildren, visiting with family, and calling everyone in the late hours of the night!

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Danny Crawford; her three sisters, Freda King, Faye Owens, and Mary Nowlin; two brothers, J.D Crawford and Earl Ates; as well as a host of stepsiblings.

She is survived by her one daughter, Amanda Jones; three grandchildren, Ethan Crawford, Devin Jones, and Raiden Jones; many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who all love her and will miss her dearly.
