Marvel Joan Jenks, 91, of Benton, Arkansas was born on Sunday, September 25th, 1932, and she passed away on Thursday, September 5th, 2024, embraced with love of those around her. Marvel enjoyed the simple things in life; attending Glen Rose Missionary Baptist Church and spending quality time with her family. She enjoyed being surrounded by nature among plants, flowers, birds, and all kinds of wildlife.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jenks; son, Wayne Jenks; her four sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her son, Allen Jenks and his wife, Alicia, of Benton; daughter, Cheryl Gronning and her husband, Tom, of Missouri; four grandchildren, Corey, Clayton, Bailee, and Austin Jenks; and her sister, Donna Hall; along with a host of other family and friends who all love her and will cherish each memory they shared.

Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, at 11:00 A.M with her visitation one hour prior at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
